This event, when form, will be to standardize Hmong spoken words and written languages only; at the moment we cannot even begin to discuss the Hmong dialects (Hmoob Dawb & Leeg of the Western Dialects, the Central or Eastern Dialects) or which writing system is best for we have no sufficient research, understand, and appreciation to even begin; i.e. Phaj Hauj, Puaj Txwm, Paj Ntaub, Samule Pollard Script or the Romanized Popular Alphabets (RPA).

Internal Briefing 
Our fifth anniversary and open house on the 10th of February was attended by over 200 people.

  Our archivist, Marlin Heise (center), has recently visited Laos and Thailand and brought back to the Archives many good collections.
